On October 14, 2025, Sang Yup Lee, an internationally renowned biotechnology expert and Vice President for Research at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), was invited to deliver an academic lecture at Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University titled "Systems Metabolic Engineering for Sustainable Biomanufacturing."
